Like many Southern Appalachian communities, Morganton has a rich and complex history.
Our walking tours offer an engaging way to learn about and celebrate the wide range of cultural histories that define our town. With art as our guide, we present and explore the distinctive qualities of our local communities, welcoming everyone to join in the discovery and appreciation of our shared heritage.
