Open Houses

During an open house you can hear directly from our leaders and practitioners. They will explain our theory of change, describe our values, and share the work of our ecosystem to promote democratic workplaces and a circular economy through social enterprises.

ACE Institute

Spend a week learning from The Industrial Commons.

Our dedicated team and expert faculty members from across the country will guide you in exploring economic and infrastructure development; community and network development; and business and cooperative development. This learning experience is designed for community based groups, economic development organizations or businesses that are committed to the health and future of their local economies and communities.

We offer in-depth, customized conversations with our leaders and practitioners for entrepreneurs, developers, nonprofit leaders, government officials, and anyone else who envisions a different future for their community. Our team will answer questions about our model and provide guidance on asset mapping, organizing, legal structures, building partnerships, and more.

  • One hour session: $200

    Four 1-hour sessions: $1,200
